We find the holes in your website before someone else does.

Cyberspida tests the security of websites for small businesses and startups. You get a clear report in plain language, and we help you fix every issue we find.

Nobody is picking on you. Bots are trying everyone.

Most attacks on small websites aren't personal. Automated programs crawl the internet all day, knocking on the same doors on every site they find. They don't care how big you are — only whether a door is open.

These are real requests that show up in the logs of almost every website, often within hours of it going live.

  • GET/wp-login.php Guessing your admin password. Thousands of tries, from different addresses, until one works.
  • GET/.env Looking for your secret keys. Database and payment passwords often live in this one file.
  • GET/backup.zip Hoping you left a backup lying around. One forgotten file can hold your whole customer list.
  • GET/wp-content/plugins/… Checking for outdated plugins. Old versions with publicly known holes are the easiest way in.
  • POST/contact?q=' OR 1=1 Testing your forms. Sending code instead of text to see if your database answers back.

You won't see any of this happening. That's the point. We go through the same doors first — with your permission — and lock them.

Three ways we keep your site safe.

Start with whichever fits where you are today. Not sure? Tell us about your website and we'll recommend one — honestly, even if it's the smallest.

Security audit

For businesses that have never had their website checked, or just want to know where they stand.

We review your website the way an attacker would — its software, settings, logins, forms and the server behind it — and find what's out of date, exposed or misconfigured. No guesswork: every finding comes with proof and a fix.

  • Check for known weaknesses in your software
  • Login, password and admin panel review
  • SSL, security headers and server settings
  • Plain-language report with priorities
What the audit covers

Penetration testing

For startups with customer data, payments, or a client or investor asking for a security test (VAPT).

We go further than an audit. A tester actively tries to break in — manipulating logins, forms, APIs and permissions — to show exactly what a real attacker could reach, and how. Then we prove the fixes work by testing again.

  • Hands-on, manual testing — not just a scanner
  • Covers the OWASP Top 10 risks
  • Technical report for developers + summary for leadership
  • Free retest after you fix
How penetration testing works

Secure development & fixes

For teams that know they have problems and need someone to actually fix them.

Finding problems is half the job. We patch vulnerabilities, update and harden your site, clean up after a hack, and set things up so they stay secure — or work alongside your developer and show them what to change.

  • Fix the issues found in an audit or test
  • Updates, hardening and safe configuration
  • Help after a hack or malware infection
  • Security review of new features before launch
What we can fix

From first message to a safer website.

Five steps. You always know what's happening, what it costs, and what's next.

Read the full process

  1. A free 20-minute call

Tell us about your website and what worries you. We'll run a quick, harmless outside check and tell you what we already see — no charge, no obligation.

  2. Scope, price and written permission

We agree exactly what will be tested, when, and the fixed price. You sign a permission letter and we sign an NDA. Nothing is touched before that.

  3. We test carefully

Testing is planned to avoid downtime. If we find something critical, we tell you the same day — we don't save bad news for the report.

  4. A report you can actually read

Each issue explained in plain words: what it is, why it matters to your business, and exactly how to fix it. Then we walk you through it on a call.

  5. Fix, then retest for free

Your team fixes the issues, or we do. Then we test again at no extra cost to confirm every hole is really closed.

This is what you get at the end.

Not a 90-page printout from a scanning tool. A short, clear report that tells you what to fix first — written so a founder can understand it and a developer can act on it.

  • Ranked by real business risk
  • Proof for every finding
  • Step-by-step fix instructions
  • Retest status for every issue
Sample report. The business and findings are illustrative, but they're the kind of issues we commonly find.

What you can hold us to.

You're trusting us with the keys to your business. These aren't marketing lines — they go into every agreement we sign.

Nothing is tested without your written permission

Testing a website without permission is illegal. We only start after you sign off on exactly what's in scope.

Your information stays private

We sign an NDA before we start. Findings are shared only with the people you choose, over encrypted channels.

A fixed price before any work

You'll know the full cost upfront. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices at the end.

We're careful with your live site

Risky tests are agreed in advance and scheduled for quiet hours. Your customers shouldn't notice we were there.

Critical issues reported the same day

If we find something serious, you hear about it immediately — not two weeks later in a PDF.

We delete your data when we're done

Any data we touch during testing is deleted at the end of the engagement, and we'll confirm it in writing.

We're new. We won't pretend otherwise.

You won't find borrowed client logos or made-up reviews on this site. In a business built on trust, faking trust would be the worst possible start.

What we can offer instead: careful, hands-on work, a fixed price, a free retest, and the attention that a small studio gives every single client. Start with the free check and judge us on what we find.

Questions founders ask us.

Don't see yours? Ask us directly — we reply to every message.

Is it legal for you to hack my website?

Yes — when you, the owner, give written permission. That's the difference between security testing and a crime. We never test anything without a signed agreement that lists exactly what's in scope.

Will testing slow down or break my website?

We plan testing to avoid that. Most checks are no heavier than normal visitors. Anything that could affect a live site is discussed first and scheduled for a quiet time, and we can test a copy (staging) of your site instead if you have one.

My site is built on WordPress / Shopify / Wix / custom code. Can you help?

Yes. WordPress and custom-built sites (PHP, Node.js, Python, React and others) usually have the most to check. On hosted platforms like Shopify or Wix, the platform secures its own servers, so we focus on what you control: apps and plugins, admin accounts, settings, custom code and integrations.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of your website and how deep you want us to go. After the free call, you get a fixed quote in writing — no hourly billing and no surprises. A simple business website costs far less than a large web app with user accounts and payments.

How long does it take?

A security audit of a typical small-business website usually takes a few working days. A penetration test of a web app with logins and payments typically takes one to two weeks, including the report. You'll get a firm timeline with your quote.

Do you fix the problems too, or just report them?

Both. We can fix everything ourselves, or guide your developer through each fix. Either way, we retest for free to confirm the problems are gone.

What do you need from me to get started?

Just your website address and a short description of what it does. For deeper testing we may ask for a test account. We'll never ask for your personal passwords — if we need access, we'll ask you to create a separate account you can delete afterwards.

We were already hacked. Can you help?

Yes. Email us right away at hello@cyberspida.com with "urgent" in the subject line. Don't delete anything yet — the evidence helps us find how they got in, so it doesn't happen again.

Find out what an attacker would see.

Send us your website address. Within one working day, we'll reply with a few things we already noticed from the outside — free, and with no strings attached.
